Special bento from 22nd December, 2011/ スペシャル弁当12/22

The menu is:

-Mixed rice OMUSUBI

-Stir-fried beef & broccoli

-Kaki & blue cheese salad

-ONISHIME(stewed vegetable) the menu is new years day dish:)

-Seasoning kidney beans

この日のお弁当は２０１１年の最後のお弁当だったので

ちょっと先取りでおせちをイメージしてお煮染めをメニューにいれましたよ。

メニューは

ー炊き込みご飯のおむすび

ー牛肉とブロッコリーの炒め物

ー柿とブルーチーズの和え物

ーお煮染め

ーいんげんのごま和え

でした。

I had IKEBANA lesson last week and the flower was material of IKEBANA.

I didn't know the flower is common in here. the coral pink color brings early spring in my room.

先週いけばなのレッスンへ行ったのだが、その日のお花はボケの花でした。

こっちでもよくあるお花だそうです。街の花壇に植えてあったりするそうですよ。

この花を見ると祖母の家の庭を思い出します。

もうすぐ春ですね〜。

Special bento on 25th Nov./ 11/25日のスペシャルおべんとう

The special bento is a special gift  for W-san from M-san.

The bento concept is "Balance". Using a lot of vegetable.

The menu is:

-2 kinds of brown rice OMUSUBI(KOMBU/ SHISO)

-TOFU hamburger stake

-Seasoning spinach with sesame

-Stir-fried HIJIKI

-Stewed potato & sproutjes

-Cheese & mini tomato

今回のお弁当はMさんからWさんへのギフト弁当でした。

コンセプトはバランス。野菜をメインにメニューを決めましたよ。

メニューは

ー玄米おむすび２種

ー豆腐ハンバーグ

ーほうれん草のごま和え

ーひじきの煮物

ーじゃがいもと芽キャベツの洋風煮物

ーチーズとミニトマト

でした。

The dish is traditional bento box which made of woods.
The bento box was bend a wood into a circle.
