My first Dutch dish

This is my first dutch dish stampot boerenkool. I've been living Amsterdam for 4 years. but never made it.
One day, I talked about Dutch dishes with Dutch lady. another day, she remembered the conversation and gave the boerenkool to me! Why not cook it!! Time to come!!

オランダに住んで４年になるが、思えば今までオランダ料理を作った記憶がない。
最近お友達になったオランダ人のAさんとオランダ料理の話で盛り上がった。
すると、彼女がその話を覚えていてくれて私にBoerenkool(日本で言うケール／青汁の元だね。）をプレゼントしてくれた。

今回はお友達のオランダ人のMちゃんとドイツ人のTちゃんレシピを参考に作ってみた。
おいしかったなぁ〜。

そして、オランダ人は口を揃えて言う。
「スモークドソーセージはHEMAに限る！」と。
