My friend took me to an eel restaurant today.
This dish is one of traditional Japanese dish. we have this dish for prevent from going down in the summer heat. the taste is sweet & salty.

How are you? sorry for my late update:( I'm in Japan from yesterday.

"塩ラーメン" (Ramen salt flavor) is one of my favorite noodle.
