やっぱりチャーラーだよね♪

I made original Ramen noodle last week.

It was successful!! 

先週ラーメン作りましたよ。

大成功でした:)

The noodle made of flour and KANSUI for foods. I made it using Pasta machine:)
今回は日本から持ってきたかんすいで作りましたよ。友達から借りたパスタマシーンが大活躍してくれました。

I made two type of noodle. straight and wavy!

今回はストレート麺とちぢれ麺を作りましたよ。

それから、小麦粉も２種類、オーガニックのもとパリで買った普通の小麦粉の両方で作ってみたのですが、オーガニックのものはやや色が灰色がかった仕上がりで、普通の小麦粉の方が日本で見るラーメンの色に近い見た目に仕上がりました。

お味は両方ともおいしかったです。

気持ち、オーガニックの小麦粉の方が小麦の味が強かったように感じましたよ。

また近いうちに第二弾をやってみようと思います。

２０１１年もあと1週間ですね。いかがお過ごしですか？

今年のウノベントウは新しい出会いと、多くの人との関わりによってさまざまなプロジェクトに関わる事ができました。とても幸せな一年でした。

これも皆様の心強いサポートがあったおかげです。

本当に、本当にありがとうございます。

２０１２年もわたしにできることをコツコツと。それから新しいことにも少しずつ挑戦しながら一緒に楽しい時間をみなさんと持てたらと考えています。

新年も共にウキウキな年でありますように。

ウノベントウ仕事初めは２０１２年1月９日からになります。

今年の冬は寒くなりそうですね、どうぞ暖かくして素敵な時間をお過ごしください。

Happy sweets project: for M-san's birthday cake/ Mさんの誕生日ケーキ

The cake for M-san's 50th birthday!

When I had this order, I immediately got this idea. 

I think the life is a trip to somewhere.   

Wish the happy train brings her to happy place!(of course the way is also happy!!)

The cake is Banana rolled cake & Green tea rolled cake.

Mさんの50歳のお誕生日ケーキを作りましたよ。

このアイディアはすぐに浮かびました。

これからの人生の旅もウキウキハッピーな道のりであるようにと電車のモチーフにしましたよ。

ちなみにケーキはバナナロールケーキと抹茶のロールケーキです。

Special bento on 25th Nov./ 11/25日のスペシャルおべんとう

The special bento is a special gift  for W-san from M-san.

The bento concept is "Balance". Using a lot of vegetable.

The menu is:

-2 kinds of brown rice OMUSUBI(KOMBU/ SHISO)

-TOFU hamburger stake

-Seasoning spinach with sesame

-Stir-fried HIJIKI

-Stewed potato & sproutjes

-Cheese & mini tomato

今回のお弁当はMさんからWさんへのギフト弁当でした。

コンセプトはバランス。野菜をメインにメニューを決めましたよ。

メニューは

ー玄米おむすび２種

ー豆腐ハンバーグ

ーほうれん草のごま和え

ーひじきの煮物

ーじゃがいもと芽キャベツの洋風煮物

ーチーズとミニトマト

でした。

今回のラッピングは竹の皮で包んでみました。

A souvenir from Brussels!/ ブリュッセルみやげ

The chocolate cake named "Chocolate bomb".  the souvenir from Brussels:) 

It was really tasty and also rich flavor! It took time to finish it around 1 week:)

ブリュッセルみやげのチョコレートケーキ、その名も”チョコ爆弾”。

その名の通り、濃厚なお味で、５度ぐらい食べたら満足できるお味。

３６０度完食まで1週間ほどかかりました。（友達にもお裾分けしながら）

おいしかったです！ごちそうさまでした☆
