Japanese sweets SHIRATMA/ しらたま

UNOBETNO made sweet ADUKI SHIRATAMA with green tea sauce and KINAKO.
SHIRATAMA is rice cake. made from sticky rice.


I didn't choose Japanese sweets when I lived in Japan. 
Did my feeling and taste change? 


抹茶あずき白玉を作ってみました。
無性に食べたくなる和菓子。
昔はケーキを絶対選択していたのに、味覚はかわるなぁ。と思う今日この頃。
