GOHEY-MOCHI/ 五平餅

UNOBENTO participate the event "Food Night" at Javastraat on 11th September!
I'll serve "GOHEY-MOCHI"(五平餅) which is roasted rice dish. It's regional cuisine from Chubu region. (middle part of Japan and I came from this area:)) This food reminds me my childhood. When my all relatives met in Summer/ Winter vacation, we made it all together and my grandpa roasted it.
I'll serve it with special sauce which bases on my aunt recipe:)
And also you can enjoy wonderful dishes from another stands:)

来る、９／１１（日）イベント、”Food Night"に参加します！
今回は中部地方の郷土料理 ”五平餅” を楽しんでいただけます。
五平餅は私の懐かしの味。
親戚が休暇に集まったときにだけ食べられる特別な料理でした。
家族みんなで準備して、庭先で炭火を起こして、みんなでわいわい食べていました。
あのころは五平餅を焼くのは祖父の仕事でした。
今回は、おばに教わったごまだれをウノベントウ風にアレンジしたソースでお楽しみください。
その他にもたくさんの素敵なお店がたくさんありますよ！
