29th Jan Asian food festival @nieuwmarkt/ アジアンフードフェスティバルに参加します。

UNOBENTO participate Asian food festival coming Sunday at Nieuwmarkt!!
and collaborate with Poffenier!

1/29日にNieuwmarktであるアジアンフードフェスティバルに参加します。
今回はPoffenierさんとコラボレートしますよ。

Time: 13.00-19.00

UNOBENTO will serve two kinds of soup:)
Special winter soup: KASU-JIRU(粕汁) and KENCHIN-JIRU(けんちん汁）
KASU-JIRU is using SAKE-KASU(it's the lees left over from SAKE production.) for giving flavor and the SAKE-KASU warm you up!
The recipe from my mother. I often have this soup in the winter.
The ingredients are fish and a lot of vegetables. KASU-JIRU will be limited.

KENCHIN-JIRU is one of rich ingredients vegetable soup.
The ingredients are chinese potato, leek, carrot, TOFU and burdock with fish soup and soy sauce flavor.

Poffenier will serve lekker Japanese poffertjes"TAKOYAKI"(たこ焼き）

今回は２種類のスープ、粕汁とけんちん汁を作ります。
粕汁は母親のレシピで作ります。子供の頃から冬になるとよく食べていた懐かしの味です。けんちん汁は具だくさんで作りますよ〜！
今回は粕汁は酒粕が家にあるぶんで作るので数量限定になります。m(_ _)m

そして、Poffenierさんはたこ焼きを作ります。
Poffertjesのパンでくるくると作ってくれますよ。
